3. Meeting for Technical Specification

Our experienced Project Manager will understand all your technical requirement, such as applicable regulation, product standard, specific configuration, materials, packaging, etc.   He plan for your sampling and testing, if needed.

4. Technical Specification confirmation

You will have a dedicated service manager by then, she will send you a written notes of the technical details discussed with project manager.  Technical drawing and pricing could be sent for your initial approval.

5. Sample test

Your dedicated service manager will prepare samples for you testing.  You may ask for BQ test protocol for your reference. If necessary, our project manager could provide technical support for your testing.

6. Business Agreement Discussion

Hapool China Sales Manager will meet you again discuss about packaging, quality standard, pricing, payment, lead time and other special requirement.
